Justin Wall, Esq.

Justin graduated from Huntington North High School with the Indiana Academic Honors Diploma. After high school, he attended Purdue University at Fort Wayne and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. After completing his engineering degree, Justin attended Indiana University at Fort Wayne and completed graduate business school and received his M.B.A. He is also a graduate of the Huntington Leadership Academy. Justin moved away from Huntington to attend law school and graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property. Besides practicing in the general law area, Justin practice areas include real estate, foreclosure defense, quiet title actions, litigation, bankruptcy, estate planning and family law.

Before moving away to attend law school, Justin was involved in numerous community activities in Huntington. He was President of the Huntington Exchange Club, board member of Cancer Services for Huntington, a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and also served on the Huntington Vision-In-Progress. Justin in addition, ran for Huntington County Council. Justin returned to Huntington after completing law school and lives in rural Huntington with his wife, Cynthia, and three dogs and two cats.

Nicholas C. Huang, Esq.

Nicholas (Nick) Huang has a broad range of experience in business and corporate transactions and litigation, real estate, estate planning and administration, personal injury, and criminal defense. He provides negotiation and litigation representation at the federal and state level.

In addition, Nick provides guidance on structuring and forming corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, nonprofit organizations, and professional corporations. He also counsels and advises on corporate governance concerns, director and officer responsibilities, and general business planning. Nick’s experience in various areas of law allows him to provide guidance on diverse issues, retaining other attorneys from the association when their expertise is necessary to meet the needs of his clients.

Nick currently serves a member of the conflict panel for the Marion County Public Defender’s Agency. He was previously employed with the law firms of Dykema Gossett, PLLC, Hoeppner Wagner & Evans, LLC, and Maleki & Associates.

Ryan P. Worden provides an array of services to consumers regarding debt resolution including, but not limited to, Bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, negotiation, and litigation involving violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other unfair debt related practices by creditors.
