Nichole D. Flippen is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.  She has been engaged in the practice of law and dedicated to providing quality services to her clients, since 2006.

Nichole represents and advises individuals and entities in a wide array of matters in the areas of business law, real estate law, creditors’ & debtors’ rights and related litigation.  During the course of her career she has handled matters involving commercial litigation, debt collection, insurance defense, entity formation, contracts, business transactions, community associations (condominiums and homeowner associations), commercial & residential leases and landlord/tenant matters.

Nichole earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, in International Finance, from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia; and she earned her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C.
